I will start by saying that I am too much of a chicken to try this stuff - though I was able to convince one of my employees to take a few scoops. She turned beet red and then ate many a tablespoons of cream cheese! The recipe of the salsa was tweaked following this sampling, as it was a bit to smoky. Now, the smokiness of the salsa balances very nicely, and does not alter the SUPER HOT Nature of this Salsa.

This salsa along with all of the other salsas made by St. Croix Farms, are made and bottled by hand, under the certified and watchful eyes of the owner and creator Kim Pearson. You will not find any of these salsas in mainstream grocery store outlets!
Ingredients: Crushed tomatoes(tomatoes, tomatoe puree, less than 2% salt and citric acid), diced tomatoes(tomatoes, tomatoe juice, less than 2% salt, calcium chloride, and citric acid), onions, bell peppers, cider vinegar, cilantro, jalapeno peppers, lime juice, salt, garlic, Bhut Jolokia Pepper(Ghost Pepper), spices.
Expect to receive 1 @ 16 oz. Jar of 5X Ghost Pepper Salsa per order. This item is shelf stable - refrigerate after opening.
