This lamb is Locally Raised in a small town in Western Wisconsin, 100% All Natural and 100% Grass Fed.
All Lambs are raised to the same age and processed under the watchful eye of the farmer, from the birth of the animal all the way to packaging of products.
These racks are beautiful and delicious. The cap is not overly big; just the right size, easy to french or leaveon to add some extra flavor.
Both chine and feather bones have been removed so you can cut into chops or prepare whole.
Each rack weighs about 2.75-3.0 pounds and is vacuum sealed and Flash Frozen to protect freshness. This item is shipped frozen.
