Made with 75% Alligator to 25% Beef - which helps it to remain tender through the smoking process.
I am a fan of anything BBQ, so these are very pleasing to my palate. BBQ sauce is combined with the alligator and beef prior to smoking, to give you a long lasting and savory flavor.
Ingredients: North American Alligator Meat, beef, salt, spices, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, sodium nitrite.
