This jerky is made from the whole muscle of the leg of the bison (usually the top round). These animals are raised in Minnesota on a diet of pasture accompanied by a finishing process that includes hay, some grains and whey.

Ingredients: Buffalo, seasoning(sugar, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, smoke flavoring, molasses, monosodium glutamate, spices, paprika, citric acid, spice extractives), water, beef puree(beef, water), sodium nitrite.
Note: Beef puree is added due to regulations required by the USDA to have the product inspected by the USDA.
