This jerky is made from the whole muscle of the leg of the bison (usually the top round). These animals are raised in Minnesota on a diet of pasture accompanied by a finishing process that includes hay, some grains and whey.
Ingredients: Buffalo, Beef, water, seasoning(brown sugar, salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, spice, garlic powder), cracked black pepper, sodium nitrite.
