This jerky is made from the whole muscle of the leg of the bison (usually the top round). These animals are raised in Minnesota on a diet of pasture accompanied by a finishing process that includes hay, some grains and whey.
Ingredients: Buffalo, water, seasoning(salt, sugar, spices, monosodium glutamate, onion, garlic, spice extractives, sodium erythorbate), beef puree(beef, water), dried chili peppers, Tabasco Sauce(distilled vinegar, red pepper, salt), spice, sodium nitrite.
