To make this jerky, the bison meat is ground, seasoned, formed and smoked.
"Kippered" is the smoking process which does not dry the meat as much as the whole muscle jerky we offer. Therefore, this jerky is more tender and very flavorful.
Ingredients: Bison, beef, water, honey, BBQ sauce(tomato puree, water, tomato paste, fructose corn syrup, vinegar, brown sugar, modified food starch, tomato juice, worcestershire sauce(salt, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, hickory smoke flavoring, xanthan gum, cayenne pepper, allspice, cloves, ground bay, potassium sorbate, potassium benzoate), to preserve freshness), salt, brown sugar, white sugar, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite.
