This 16 oz tub of veal demi-glace will reconstitute to 2/3 of a gallon of that yummy brown sauce you get when you order short ribs, some steaks, and of course those awesome potatoes. This stuff is great on everything and I use in as a base for some soups as well. Estimated shelf life in the refrigerator is about 6 months - though I tend to use it a lot and have never had it stick around that long.
Ingredients: Veal Stock(veal bones, water), Roux(made with wheat flour, and veal fat), modified food starch, mirepoix stock(made of carrots, celery and onion), mushroom stock, sautéed carrot stock(carrot stock and sunflower oil), tomato paste, salt.
