Why didn't I think of this? This wonderful combination will truly melt in your mouth. This is a customer favorite and is readily requested if and when we run short. This sausage is best when poached for 4-5 minutes in boiling water then pan fried to a golden brown on all sides. Enjoy it all by its lonesome - or get adventerous and pair it with all sorts of different recipes. Decase it and stuff it into ravioli or add it on top of a pizza!
The Foie Gras and Wine compliment the flavor of the duck, producing a mild, melt in your mouth sausage - Yummy!
Ingredients: Duck, chicken, pork, duck skin, beef, duck liver, potato, water, foie gras, aged shoyu sauce(water, soybeans, wheat, salt), salt, butterscotch schnapps(contains Milk), spices and spice extracts, sugar, sauterne wine(contains sulfites), butter flavor(gum arabic, butter, contains milk, modified corn starch, salt, whey solids, non fat dry milk, dehydrated butter, natural butter flavor, sugar, xanthan gum, lactid acid, turmeric and annatto(for Color), maltodextrin, sodiumbicarbonate), garlic powder. Stuffed into a pork casing.
