This would have to be one of our most popular steaks sold to date; nice and thick, trimmed nicely, and not overly expensive.
This is my favorite Steak! We used to cut the elk sirloins into a 4 oz. medallion for a restaurant chain in Michigan. At one point we were doing well over 6000# a year for them.
Grill or pan fry these delicacies to medium rare and they will be fork tender!
Each steak is approximately 8-10 oz , vacuum sealed and Flash Frozen to protect flavor and freshness. Expect 1 steak per order. This item is shipped frozen.
