Stuffed into a natural casing, let it hang and age naturally- We allow these bad boys to hang for a minimum of 60 days prior to putting them out for sale in our store - this allows the great seasonings and spices to develop a more full flavor!
This is nice and hard and perfect when sliced super thin. The casing sometimes can be chewy after curing for so long, so we either keep it on or it can be removed. A vegetable peeler is the easiest way to remove the casing without losing the lovely meat inside.
Expect to receive 1 @ 10-12 oz Air Dried Old Fashion Beef Summer Sausage per order. This product required refrigeration.
